Bersin & Associates debuts new leadership development services

Human resources consulting firm Bersin & Associates has announced the launch of what it calls the first-of-its kind practice to address the $11 billion leadership development market.

According to the California-based company, the new practice will deliver research-based information to help companies drive competition through their commitment to leadership development.


Chief executive officer and president, Josh Bersin, said that company research has found that organizations can reap a large return on investment (ROI) when they focus on leadership training.

"Leadership development is one of the human resources areas most highly correlated with organizational success and maturity, yet it remains one of the most confusing," Bersin noted. The new practice will help companies with leadership development in seven categories including strategy, evaluation, organization, benchmarking and solutions.
