Beacon Partners expects to increase revenues with Healthcare Innovative Solutions buy
Beacon Partners said the deal will increase its revenue and employee base by 15% over the next few years and is part of the company's overall growth strategy.
Chief executive officer (CEO) of Beacon Partners Ralph P. Fargnoli, Jr., said the addition of Healthcare Innovative Strategy, which has been working with healthcare giant Siemens, will help broaden the company's overall scope in the computerized physician order entry (CPOE) and electronic health records (EHR) services.
"Healthcare organizations are turning to us now more than ever to assist them with Meaningful Use requirements and overall IT adoption, and consequently, CPOE and EHR implementation are both crucial to their success. In addition, the timing was right to add Siemens implementation and optimization expertise and to expand our overall clinical advancement capabilities," Fargnoli noted.
Beacon Partners is one of the country's largest healthcare management consulting agency with services that include clinical and performance management.
Healthcare Innovative Solutions specializes in clinical systems implementation solutions to a large range of industries within the healthcare sector.
The terms of the acquisition deal were not disclosed.
