Alvarez & Marshall form alliance with Rondaxe for healthcare consulting

Alvarez & Marshal (A&M) has announced that its healthcare division has entered into an agreement with Rondaxe, a pharmaceutical consulting agency, to provide manufacturing, supply chain and regulatory compliance services to the industry.

Guy Sansone, head of A&M's Healthcare Industry Group, said that the alliance will help develop the company's services across the pharmaceutical sector worldwide.

"The A&M/Rondaxe alliance will expand A&M’s global reach and allow A&M to marry its proven financial, strategic and performance improvement services with Rondaxe’s manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, regulatory compliance, project management, process research, development and drug product development services to its clients in domestic and international markets," Sansone noted.

The partnership will include a wide range of experts in the pharma industry including drug product development, regulatory affairs, quality control and operations.

The New York-based Rondaxe Enterprises was founded in 2003 to provide business development and software consultancy to the pharmaceutical industry. Its clients include Synta pharmaceuticals and Array Biopharma.

A&M specializes in turnaround, performance improvement and business advisory services in the healthcare, automotive, transportation and retail sectors.
