AHEB Investment Group introduces business planning service
The company says that the creation of this new service came about because of a perceived demand for a consulting tool to fill the gap between financial planning and business strategy. Clients that make use of the service will receive assistance crafting a business plan, conducting research about the relevant industries and creating a clear direction for the future of the company. The service also integrates such business development services with financial planning, as it includes cash-flow analysis and budgeting services.
According to AHEB, the service is fully customized to the client - consultants identify the opportunities available to the business and craft a strategy that allows the firm to make use of them in the most profitable way.
"Although many companies have a vision when they start out their business, they do not always develop their business plan successfully. It is important to set objectives which then determine your plan of action and strategy. In addition to this, it is also important to understand that progress and milestones must be measured and monitored in order to ensure success," Andreas Charalambous, the managing director of AHEB Investment Group, explained.
