Financial consulting company AHEB Investment Group recently unveiled a new tool for its clients, which is geared toward helping start-ups and others develop a business plan and optimize their business strategies.

The company says that the creation of this new service came about because of a perceived demand for a consulting tool to fill the gap between financial planning and business strategy. Clients that make use of the service will receive assistance crafting a business plan, conducting research about the relevant industries and creating a clear direction for the future of the company. The service also integrates such business development services with financial planning, as it includes cash-flow analysis and budgeting services.

According to AHEB, the service is fully customized to the client - consultants identify the opportunities available to the business and craft a strategy that allows the firm to make use of them in the most profitable way.
