ABOUT THE AUTHOR(S)

Michaela R. Drapes graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has degrees in radio/TV/film and english. Before joining Vault, she was an editor at award-winning business publisher Hoover?s Inc. and covered an array of industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, amusement parks, real estate, and international banking and finance. Michaela is one of the founders of fashion startup Kindling & Tinder and is an irreverent music critic; she also occasionally DJ?s at independent rock shows around New York City.

Nicholas R. Lichtenberg holds degrees from the University of Syracuse in drama and history. Before working at Vault, he covered and canvassed trial court bureaucracies in select states as an assignment editor at the legal publishing company ALM Media Inc. He lives in New York.
