Everybody has a bit of entrepreneurial spirit in them - being an entrepreneur has nothing to do with age, gender, race or education. Not everybody chooses to tap this spirit though. Those who do give themselves the opportunity to create a type of success, wealth and satisfaction that can only be achieved by starting a business. This book will instill in you the confidence and knowledge to start your own business.

Having personally experienced the triumphs and difficulties of starting businesses, I can state confidently that being an entrepreneur is a way of life. You must believe in yourself, your ideas, and have the inner resources to go forward during difficult times. Starting your own business means becoming personally responsible for every facet of your company and taking on many roles. You must foster your belief in the future success of your company in each of your employees. You must believe in the future of your business and do whatever it takes for your company to succeed. In many cases, you must eat, sleep and breathe your business.

The purpose of the following chapters is to both help you begin thinking in an entrepreneurial manner, and to teach you the fundamentals of starting your own business. This book is meant to stimulate your mind and fan those glowing embers of entrepreneurial desire. Good luck, and start it up!
