Law Firm Rankings 2013: The Best Law Firms For Diversity: Diversity for Women
Associates were asked to rate their firm on a 1-to-10 scale for each of several quality of life and diversity categories. The firm's score in each category is simply the average of the scores its associates gave in that area. It is important to note that those firms without a high enough aggregate of associates completing the survey were ineligible to appear in these rankings. Year after year, associates tell Vault that diversity was one of their key concerns in choosing a law firm. Our diversity rankings include separate categories for diversity as it relates to minorities, women, and gays and lesbians.
