Law Firm Rankings 2013: The Best Law Firms to Work For: Associate/Partner Relations
Associates were asked to rate their firm on a 1-to-10 scale for each of several quality of life categories. The firm's score in each quality of life category is simply the average of the scores its associates gave in that area. It is important to note that those firms without a high enough aggregate of associates completing the survey were ineligible to appear in these rankings.
