Banking Employers Rankings 2013: Best to Work For: Hours
In addition to ranking other firms in terms of prestige, survey respondents were asked to rate their own firms in a variety of categories. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest, respondents evaluated their firms in the following "quality of life" areas: overall satisfaction, selectivity, compensation, hours, relationships with managers, training, offices, business outlook, culture and green initiatives. A firm's score in each category is simply the average of these rankings.
Only firms that distributed the Vault survey to their employees were ranked. Firms with fewer than 10 survey responses for any given question were excluded from that ranking category.
