You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on all un-mailed issues by calling the toll-free number in any issue of New York magazine. If your credit/debit card cannot be charged, we will bill you directly instead. You will receive a letter before your renewal is to begin that includes customer service information.

If you already subscribe to New York magazine, your subscription will automatically be extended.

Should you decide to cancel this subscription, you can receive a refund from New York magazine. Please write to Customer Service at New York magazine, 75 Varick Street, 4th FL, New York, NY 10013 to cancel and you will receive a prompt refund. You must include a receipt of your transaction. Refund requests must be postmarked within 30 days of your membership to Vault. Refund requests postmarked after 30 days are void.
