The Leadership Development Program is one of the company’s various internship offerings.

AT&T’s Leadership Development Program offers students a glimpse of what it is like to work in a leadership capacity at AT&T. The program is geared toward individuals with exceptional leadership skills. Interns will gain hands-on experience working on challenging assignments. This internship is a preview of AT&T’s full-time Leadership Development Program, which provides participants the opportunity to rotate through various management and leadership roles within the company.

Open to undergraduate and graduate students who are within one year of graduation and have strong leadership skills. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4/3.5 is required. Non-US citizens are welcome to apply.
