Founded in 1914 by Edwin Booz, Booz Allen Hamilton is a management and technology consulting firm with around 25,000 global employees and approximately $5 billion in revenue. In 2008, the company split its US government business--which maintained the name Booz Allen Hamilton--and its global commercial consulting business--which became Booz & Company. Among Booz Allen Hamilton’s clients are US government agencies; US Defense--like the Army and Navy; nonprofit organizations; and certain commercial clients in the energy, health, and finacial services sectors.
