Now in its 40th year, Houlihan Lokey is an international investment bank with over 800 employees spread across 14 global locations. Known for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, the firm also provides financial advisory and financial restructuring services. Houlihan Lokey works with more than 1,000 clients each year from a number of industries, including energy, financial institutions, health care, media, technology, and more.

On the Job

Houlihan Lokey hires interns to work in its corporate finance, financial advisory services, and financial restructuring divisions. The internship prepares students for careers in investment banking through a rigorous work atmosphere and training programs that provide real-world understanding of the finance sector. Interns work together with full-time staff on a range tasks, such as attending client meetings, writing memorandums, completing research for acquisitions, screening companies and transactions, working on valuations for deals, and creating presentations.
