Interns enjoy a variety of development opportunities, including virtual and classroom training, coaching, and shadowing opportunities. Those who receive full-time offers at the end of the internship are also invited to participate in the Internship Development Program in Disney World, where they will focus on leadership, team building, and personal enrichment. Interns attend networking and social events, and select interns may travel to Belize to participate in a community service through Project Belize. In addition, interns who are interested in gaining international work experience may have the opportunity to work on a one-week assignment abroad.
