Established in 1986, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is a consortium of over 400 colleges and universities in the United States. The organization is focused on helping Hispanics succeed in higher education. In addition to its internship and scholarship programs, HACU also engages in federal and state-level advocacy, holds workshops for Hispanic-Serving Institutions, completes research and policy analyses, hosts conferences, and more.
