Fourth World Movement Internship Profile

Fourth World Movement seeks to combat injustice and unequal treatment toward those living in poverty. Through the organization, volunteers and those living in poverty work together to give a voice to the impoverished. Using conferences, events, panel discussions, rallies, and seminars, Fourth World Movement offers a forum for those living in poverty and an opportunity for broader discussion and awareness. In addition, the organization engages in research; hosts “street libraries” which offer underserved communities books, computer access, and art; provides development activities for children; and runs workshops.
