Child’s Play Touring Theatre—a nonprofit performing arts theater—produces and performs stories and poetry written by children. For more than 30 years, Child’s Play has pursued its mission to give children an outlet for their writing so their creative voices can be heard and appreciated. The organization hosts workshops, classes, artists-in-residence programs, after-school programs, and summer camps. It has performed creative works by more than 15,000 children.

Child’s Play Touring Theatre offers internship opportunities to individuals seeking theatre or administrative experience. Interns work in a variety of areas, including business management, event marketing and management, graphic design, public relations and communications, development and grant writing, general administration, IT, story coordination, technical production, tour management, and videography and photography. They are paired with a supervisor and receive a stipend for lunch and travel expenses.
