How do I delete a message or part of a message?
If you wish to delete a message (or a portion of a message) that you feel is inappropriate or violates the Rules of the Board, click "Report an inappropriate message" located at the bottom of the message or, write to Customer Service using the Contact Us page with discussion details.

What are discussion categories and how do I use them?
You are asked to select three categories to describe the subject of your discussion (e.g. Company = Accenture, Industry = Accounting and Career Topic = Compensation & Benefits). Keeping your posts short and sweet, on the other hand, may help improve your responses.
What are discussions? How do I use filters to control what I see on the discussions page ?
A discussion is a conversation between users on the Vault message board. Vault’s new message board uses multiple categories to improve the ease of finding and participating in proper discussions. Use the filters on the right side of the Discussions page to select the categories you are most interested in. Select as many career topics, industries and companies as you want. Then, click "Update Your Settings." The discussions page will refresh and show you only the discussions you applied to the search.

How do I flag a discussion or reply?

What happens when I watch a discussion?

To see these, click “My Watched Discussions” on the right-hand side of the discussions page. If you are no longer interested in a discussion, click the "Unwatch" link atop any of your watched discussion.

The purchase of PDF Guides is not refundable. If you are experiencing any issues accessing your purchased guides, please see our PDF Download Guide.
How do PDF downloads work?
All Vault Guides PDFs are delivered in an encrypted format. After purchasing a PDF download, you will be taken to a confirmation page with a link to your personal download page. From here, the encrypted PDFs can be downloaded onto a disk or your hard drive, but can ONLY be downloaded from the computer at which you made your purchase. We strongly encourage you to purchase PDFs using a personal computer, rather than a public computer. In addition, a receipt will be sent to you via email, but please note that there will NOT be a link to your PDF guide in the receipt.
If you have navigated away from the confirmation page and missed the link, then you can login to your Vault account and visit "My Vault" on the hompage, then click on "My Account" and under the "Purchase History" will be a link to your PDF. Employer membership enables functionality that is needed to post and track jobs. Keeping these identities separate allows you to set distinct identities between your personal account interests and those of the employer or agency that you represent when posting jobs.

We recommend that you login to your personal account on Vault.com and change the email address to a non-work related account. Then register the company account with your work email address.
