Fisher College of Business’ Agenda for Action includes four focus areas. The first is to enhance research excellence and the student educational experience by building faculty capability. Within this focus area, priority action No. 2 is as follows: Over the next five years we will increase the diversity of our faculty. Priority action No. 6 is as follows: Focusing first on our MBA program, we will continue efforts to increase the diversity of our student body through aggressive recruitment of qualified domestic minority candidates, female candidates and international candidates from regions that are currently not strongly represented in our student body.

The Agenda for Action also includes the following value commitments:
