Toshiba moves forward with billion-dollar restructuring

The firm continues to represent Toshiba Corporation as the conglomerate endeavors to restructure its flash memory manufacturing joint ventures with SanDisk; the operation includes Toshiba’s purchase of roughly $1.8 billion of equipment from the joint ventures.
