Getting Hired
Tips from the inside
What to expect with Big BlueGiven its size, it's inevitable that IBM's hiring process is "different every time," albeit consistently "very organized and well managed." Applicants can expect to have at least two rounds of interviews, including a "first-round screening interview," as well as one, two or more "interviews with senior practice leaders in the final round." A third round may also include a technical interview.
