A mixture of harmony and agony


Generally, our sources give a mixed review of how it is working at Halliburton.  Although there are no notable management problems as most insiders like their supervisors and managers (one respondent even notes that his supervisor treats employees “like his own family”), an insider says that on the one hand, there are “good supervisors and managers,” and on the other hand, there are also those who “only care about themselves and what they can get of their department.”
