On-campus recruiting 

GT recruits at a handful of schools, including "University of Wisconsin campuses and Marquette University," "any school on the A-list," and "most of the top business colleges in the country."

Though "we hire most of our new employees through campus recruiting, experienced hires may come from recruiters, ads or referrals." Grant Thornton's web site has a fairly helpful career page with a link to its job listings. Those not going through on-campus career centers should send resumes and cover letters directly to their GT regional office of choice. "We use an internal headhunter," one source notes.
