It’s nice to know we’re all friends.” Another insider says of McGladrey’s culture, “It is laid-back and the people here are great. They care and treat you like it’s a big family.” It’s a “nice work environment,” says one source. “We seek to contribute to a lifestyle rather than just contribute a job.” Another adds, “We work hard but have good flexibility with the new work/life balance consideration. My team is fantastic and new leadership is making some great moves and culture is changing for the better.” Although McGladrey is “focused around a flexible work environment,” says one source, it has “high standards for quality of work product.”
