There is great [camaraderie] and many friendships develop among co-workers." Still, the work "tends to involve long hours" and one contact who made "many lateral moves" says that "advancement has been limited." Finally, a director at Seattle headquarters says the "potential at Alaska Airlines is great, and highly undertapped. I sense that the leaders in our company do not fully believe in and support the employees, but I do not fully understand the basis of this perception."
