In addition to "campus recruitment from leading business schools," the firm uses "headhunters" and "industry contacts" to find employees. A research director says candidates should be prepared for a number of interviews: "Basically, you have to meet every single team member of equity research and sales, as well as the senior members of different markets and sectors. However, the process can go very quickly, say, within a week, if they like you a lot."
