Case studies in, brain teasers out

“Very restrictive and competitive” is how Booz consultants describe the hiring process at their company. “Having conducted 50 plus interviews myself, the selection process is very stringent. Every person in the interview has a veto,” attests one insider. For entry-level positions, candidates should be prepared for at least five interviews, with some respondents reporting having gone through up to eight, plus a presentation session. “There will be no brainteasers used, but case studies are in all interviews,” explains a contact.
