A customer-centric cell phone companyBellevue-based T-Mobile USA is a subsidiary of T-Mobile International, which the wireless concern of European telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom. At the end of 2007, the firm, which is the fourth-largest wireless carrier in the United States, boasted more than 28 million customers. T-Mobile USA's total revenue for 2007 was nearly $19.3 billion, an increase from about $17 billion the year before. The company has won recognition for its customer service, and in 2007 wireless cell phone users gave T-Mobile the highest numerical score in the J.D. Power and Associates "Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index Study."
