Apparently, there are two constants to working at Disney: non-executive salaries 20 percent below industry average ("just because it's Disney"); and an extracurricular commitment to the company's many entertainment products. So, if you greatly prize the company's history -- or, as one source puts it, "drink the Kool-aid" -- Disney could be a great place to work. If not, it's probably just another underpaid entertainment job.
