ABOUT THIS COMPANY:
Founded by Frank C. Carr in 1970INROADS was founded by Frank C. Carr in 1970 to develop and place minority youth in business and industry jobs, and prepare them for corporate and community leadership. Tips from the inside
Do you have what it takes? To become an INROADS Intern, the bar is set high. The organization favors undergrads with a GPA of 2.8 or better and high school seniors who have a GPA of at least 3.0. High school candidates must also have either an ACT score of 20 or an SAT combined score of 1,000 or better. Some INROADS affiliates set even higher standards. Candidates have to submit an application, official transcripts and official copies of their college entrance test scores, as well as participate in an interview to be considered.
