Lots of interviews, but pretty standard questions

Most AOL insiders say they had to go through multiple rounds of meetings before joining the company. One former AOL-er says the hiring process "involved interviewing with the director one-on-one and then a panel with all of the managers in my department." A contact in marketing says there were five interviews, and another says, "I went through four rounds of interviews, the first with my immediate superior."
