Management bullies?

Insiders generally feel comfortable with the work environment at BAE, saying that the company “has great benefits and tries to treat its employees well.”  Another respondent observes that “management has a clear view of our importance as employees and the contributions we make to our customers.”  Unfortunately, as with every rule, there is always an exemption, and the few who have experienced that exemption at BAE say that “management is weak” and that “there are some abusive and incompetent managers.”
