Berdon LLP has earned its New York street cred by representing some of the biggest companies in the Big Apple over the past 90 years.  Berdon is a full-service accounting and advisory firm that is ranked among the top 30 in the nation.  Among its big name clients are pop star Rihanna, prominent hotelier Ian Schrager Hotels, the landmark Intrepid Museum Foundation, upscale restaurant Asia de Cuba and many of the nation’s most premier family owned real estate firms, including RFR Holdings, Fisher Brothers and World-Wide Holdings.

Berdon LLP ranked No. 28 on Accounting Today’s Top 100 Firms of 2008 list, jumping one spot up from its previous year’s ranking due to a 16.4 percent increase in its annual revenue in fiscal 2007.  The firm’s fees were split fairly evenly throughout its three main disciplines with 34 percent coming from audit and attest, 37 percent from its tax services business and 29 percent from management advisory services.  It also ranked third in the category of revenue from management advisory services for firms that have total revenue of less than $100 million per year.
