Professional corporate culture

One source calls it a “very professional corporate culture” where “employees are treated respectfully.”  Others call it a “nose-to-the-grindstone” type of place, and a former insider goes so far as to call it “disorganized” and “hostile.”  Even so, that contact does say, “I genuinely liked two managers, who were always willing to work with you.”
