Pipe dreamsSince 1908, the Williams Companies has supplied energy and advanced technology in the U.S. with operations in natural gas exploration and production. The company gathers natural gas through 8,500 miles of gathering lines then processes it through its nine processing plants. Williams also operates more than 14,600 miles of natural gas pipeline, including the Transco System, a line that stretches from Texas to New York.
