A diverse culture?

According to a production supervisor, corporate culture at Tyco is very diverse in terms of non-exempt laborers, but diversity becomes less and less noticeable after one climbed the "employment chain." Dress code is casual, and one should expect to "get his or her hands dirty" especially in a manufacturing environment, according to the same contact. The same respondent also shares that although the working hours are great, one drawback is that because of a rotational schedule, one has to work weekends; and that to have a particular day off, one had to get another supervisor on an alternate shift.
