Specialized staffingRobert Half International (RHI) is an old hand in the world of specialized staffing. Founded in 1948, the agency was the first to provide placement services for accounting, finance and information technology professionals. True to its roots, RHI continues to place temporary, full-time and project professionals in these fields through four of its seven divisions: Accountemps, Robert Half Finance and Accounting, Robert Half Management and Robert Half Technology. The company has expanded its services to include temporary administrative support (OfficeTeam); temporary, full-time and project staffing for attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel (Robert Half Legal); and placement for creative, advertising, marketing and web design professionals (The Creative Group). RHI has also has an internal audit and risk consulting arm, called Protiviti.
