Nintendo is a Japanese manufacturer of games and gaming consoles.  The company's most famous game franchises include the Donkey Kong, Mario Brothers, The Legend of Zelda and the Pokémon series.  In fiscal 2007, it sold 5.84 million Nintendo Wii consoles, 4.34 million Game Boy Advances,   730,000 GameCube consoles and 2.35 million Nintendo DS portable gaming consoles.  Its best-selling games for the year included Nintendogs, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day!  More than 66 percent of Nintendo’s FY 2007 sales occurred outside of Japan, and 36.5 percent of overseas sales were in the Americas.

If you wish to work for Nintendo, visit its careers site.  There are a few job search fields, as well as a list of all open positions; clicking on any of these jobs takes you to a comprehensive description of the position, along with a “summary of requirements.”  Applicants can apply online, though one must first create a profile with Nintendo.  The company also accepts unsolicited resumes.
