Who we are
MoloLamken is a boutique firm focused exclusively on complex litigation. Our practice is sophisticated, varied, and interesting—we do a broad range of work, both civil and criminal, at the trial, appellate, and Supreme Court levels. Representative matters range from white-collar criminal defense and SEC investigations to a plaintiff’s-side libel suit against a best-selling author. We won 3 cases in the Supreme Court in our first year of practice. And we are growing our practices in intellectual property, financial services litigation, and antitrust.
