Vault’s Verdict: As one insider notes, “morale took a real pasting in 2009” after headline-making redundancies, but in 2011 the outlook among Lathamites seems downright buoyant. Not only is business booming, but the work is “intellectually interesting and challenging”, the environment relaxed and non-hierarchical, and the pay “exceptionally generous”. If there’s a downside, it’s no more than the obvious: the hours can be “craaaaaaaaaaaaazy”....
