Eschewing generic, by-the-numbers, recruiting requirements, Ice Miller says that it "individually considers each applicant, taking into consideration law school performance, experience, needs of the firm, special skills." The firm focuses most of its on-campus recruiting at Midwest schools, though it does interview students from a variety of law schools, including Georgetown and Howard University.
