Since it invented the first digital camera in the 1970s, Kodak foresaw the upcoming digital revolution and sought out opportunities to diversify beyond chemical photography. Kodak shifted its focus to digital photography and printing, commercial graphics, printing and cinematography. The company also manufactures high-tech sensors and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). It also holds interests in inkjet printing, photo manipulation software and other key parts of the digital photo spectrum.
