Recruiting on campus and elsewhere

As one of the largest consulting firms in the world, it's no surprise that Deloitte has an extensive and organized recruiting network. The firm's recruiters select students from top programs at universities throughout Asia. For example, in Australia, Deloitte holds career fairs at the University of Ballarat, University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, Macquarie, RMIT and Monash. In addition to scouting at campus career fairs, Deloitte hosts talks, open houses and cocktail parties near each region's offices for students interested in learning more and meeting actual employees. A full calendar of recruiting events for every country where the firm operates is maintained on the firm's web site.

After attending a career event, candidates should submit a profile on the firm's web site. Chosen applicants will then face a professional career test that measures analytical and logical thinking skills. Then comes a group assessment—where candidates interview with a variety of staff at the office—and, finally, an interview with a partner.
