ABOUT THIS COMPANY:The best nonexclusive club to be a member of
In many rural and urban areas of the United States, the local unit of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is often the only option for keeping children socialized, learning and out of trouble after school during the weekend and on school holidays. The organization’s overarching goal is to help young people make the transition into productive, responsible citizens through social, physical and mental activity. The network of 4,300 local clubs serves about 4.5 million kids from all different backgrounds, though 65 percent of BGC youths come from minority families. Clubs can be found in every state, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and on U.S. military bases around the world.
