Culture at Amper "varies by office and department," but at all locations employees are "serious about doing quality work." At the same time, the "family atmosphere" feels "warm and caring." "People are very important here," says a three-year staffer. "More so than at a Big Four firm." Even though the firm is "growing in every direction," insiders appreciate the fact that "people at all levels are respected and interact on a regular basis. The officers and senior management are easily approachable."
