SURVEY SAYS

Living large, feeling good

The picture that respondents draw of life at Aetna is of a large, fairly laid-back company: “If you’re looking for a high-stress, high-pay environment, Aetna is not for you.  If you’re looking to work with good people and place a high value on work-life issues, Aetna’s a great place to work.”  “Hours are not long but pay is not great, so it’s a tradeoff,” says another.  Work is flexible and work at home can be available for some people.
