 I have attended Deloitte's  face to face interview(consulting services) and got the response from the recruiter that I cleared all the interviews successfully and he discussed about the position , pay etc which Deloitte can offer me , we didn't had any NEGOTIATION discussion , I just accepted whatever he said . But after that it is almost a week by now ..I didn't received any communication from him .

  Can anyone shed some light , how much time normally it takes to receive offer letter ? Does this a sign that Deloitte pulled their offer back ? Please  share your views

Wondering because although job title says 'management consulting - customer experience consultant', but category is "Customer Service/Call Center".  So if you are/were once working @ Accenture in this particular group, pls shed some light on what you do on the job:

I would like to know what type of experience top venture capital firms look for when hiring new analysts/associates, particularly out of investment banks.  Specifically, does a background in equity capital markets serve as a good avenue?  

I am an investment banking coverage analyst in TMT, considering moving internally to an open position in Equity Capital Markets.  I have roughly 9 months of coverage experience under my belt, and would have about 15 months of ECM experience before ideally moving to a VC firm.  I am trying to gauge what my prospects are.  I know the coverage experience would put me in a better position than ECM, but I'd like to know if I even have a shot coming from ECM (or with the mixed background I would have).  Greatly appreciate the help, thanks.

I have over 9 years of experience in the mental health field to go along with this degree and I know I would have to do entry level work and I'm willing to accept that. I live in NC near the Charlotte area but can not seem to find any work. Does anyone know of anyone or anything I could do to help myself out. Thanks!

I've been on effexor for many years. I have purposely kept my depression and anxiety secret from everyone at work in order to not face discrimination and stigma. I've been at my current job on an inpatient unit as a social worker for almost a year. I had no problem completing the probationary period, most of the feedback from superiors has been good. I've not gotten any formal warnings, but especially lately, I've been making more minor mistakes. These mean that noone was harmed, didn't violate code of ethics, etc. For example, a couple days ago, a family meeting didn't go so well for the pt, and became very agitated. The nurses got upset with me because I didn't consult with them
immediately afterwards. Another is that I didn't give a pt enough notice that
his family was going to come in for a meeting with staff.

I've always had the attitude of learning from mistakes and making sure to not
repeat them. What freaks me out the most is that I've caught myself making the
same type of mistake 3 times. I immediately covered it up, fixed it, etc.

Some factors that contribute to these mistakes are:
1)I was traumatized by bullying from past employers and seem to magnify
situations and think unrealistically and in an anxiety provoking way. A friend
gave me some grounding techniques that I've started using.
2)the work demands are such that it's impossible to leave before 6pm (startng at
9). Often times I can't leave before 7pm. A couple times left at 8pm. This is
very disturbing to me (other social workers have the same problem) because it's
harder to do self care like going to the gym and relaxing Mon to Fri.

HELP!!!!!! please. Also curious to know how many mistakes others make typically,
and what's considered enough to get fired?
