NEW YORK, July 17, 2008: Vault.com, Inc. today announced the appointment of Yazad
Dalal as Vice President of Recruitment Sales and Marketing, effective immediately. In
this newly-created role, Mr. Dalal is responsible for expanding the Vault.com job board
and growing it into a new, revenue-generating business for the careers-focused global
media company. Based in New York, Mr. Dalal reports to Samer Hamadeh, Vault Cofounder
& COO.

business,” said Mr. Hamadeh. “His rich sales experience, particularly during his time at
Monster, and his proven ability to build and lead a sales team will add immense value to
Vault.”

In late 2007, Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a leading private equity investor in the media,
communications, information and education industries, acquired a majority stake in
Vault. At that time, Erik Sorenson, a media industry veteran, was named CEO and
charged with growing the business into a global, cross-platform leader within the highly
competitive career space. In 2008, over 15 million professionals and students will
consume Vault’s content on various platforms including its main website, Vault.com, and
its Career Library product, which is licensed to nearly 1,000 institutions worldwide.
About Yazad Dalal
Mr. Dalal has over 12 years of online sales experience. As a commercial account
manager at CompUSA, he helped migrate clients to an ecommerce purchasing platform
in 1998. In 1999, Mr. Dalal joined Monster Worldwide's Canadian business, Monster.ca,
as National Account Manager, and he spent the next four years helping to build it into
Canada's largest job board.
In 2005, Mr. Dalal was appointed Director of International Sales at Monster Worldwide,
where he doubled global sales annually for three consecutive years. In that role Mr.
Dalal also had responsibility for marketing strategy, finance structure and service
processes specific to Monster's global customers.
