VAULT.COM UNVEILS 2011 TECH CONSULTING FIRM QUALITY OF LIFE RANKINGS
SMARTRONIX DOMINATES RANKINGS TAKING TOP SPOT IN 12 CATEGORIES
New York, NY, (November 3, 2010) Vault.com, the source of ratings, rankings and insight for students and professionals, has released its Technology Consulting Quality of Life Rankings for 2011, examining how consulting firms rank in 18 areas ranging from Satisfaction to Overall Business Outlook.
In order to determine the Vault Technology Consulting Quality of Life Rankings, consultants were asked to rate their own firms in a variety of categories on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. A firm’s score in each category is simply the average of consultants’ ratings of their firms in that category. Vault’s rankings indicate the top firms in each area, offering associates a tool to aid in their career search.
“While a prestigious company name on your resume can set you apart from the pack, it’s the employer culture that often matters the most when it comes to choosing a new employer. That's why these quality of life rankings play an important role in job search,” said Vault.com managing editor Brian Dalton. “Job seekers have heard of companies like McKinsey and Booz Allen, but the Quality of Life Rankings provide a company like Smartronix with an opportunity to shine.”
