NEW YORK, May 21, 2008. Vault.com, Inc. today announced the appointment of
veteran digital media executive Elizabeth Rose as Chief Digital Officer, effective
immediately. In this newly-created role, Ms. Rose is responsible for the strategic
direction and operation of all digital activity at Vault, including the company’s website,
e-commerce initiatives and distribution of content across platforms. Based in New York,
Ms. Rose reports to Erik Sorenson, Vault CEO.
“I am delighted that Elizabeth is joining the Vault senior management team at this critical
juncture in the company’s development,” said Mr. Sorenson. “Her management
experience and track record of success in the digital arena will be invaluable as we build

Vault. At that time, Mr. Sorenson, a media industry veteran, was named CEO and
charged with growing the business into a global, cross-platform leader within the highly
competitive career space. In 2008, millions of professionals and students will consume
Vault’s content on various platforms including its main website, Vault.com, and its
Career Library product, which is licensed to nearly 1000 institutions worldwide.
